By accessing or using VeeGo ("the Service"), operated by VeeGo Media LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our service.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service including our website at veego.app and any future mobile applications.
2. Description of Service
VeeGo is a plant-based restaurant and product discovery platform that helps users find vegan and vegetarian restaurants, scan product barcodes to identify animal ingredients, and receive AI-powered food recommendations.
VeeGo is currently in pre-launch. We are collecting email addresses for our waitlist and will notify members when the app launches in Q4 2026.
3. Waitlist & Email Communications
By joining our waitlist at veego.app you agree to receive the following communications from VeeGo:
- A one-time welcome email confirming your waitlist signup
- Launch announcement when VeeGo becomes available
- Occasional product updates and news about VeeGo
You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. We will never sell your email address to third parties.
4. User Accounts
When VeeGo launches, users will be able to create accounts. At that time you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use VeeGo to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate restaurant or product information
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from VeeGo
- Impersonate any person or entity
6. Accuracy of Information
VeeGo is not responsible for any adverse reactions, health issues, or other damages resulting from reliance on information provided through our service.
7. Intellectual Property
The VeeGo name, logo, website, and all content created by VeeGo Media LLC are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without express written permission.
User-submitted content (reviews, photos, restaurant suggestions) remains your property but you grant VeeGo a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content within our platform.
8. Premium Subscriptions
When VeeGo launches its premium subscription service:
- Subscriptions will be billed on a monthly or annual basis
- You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe — VeeGo never stores your card details
- Prices may change with 30 days notice to subscribers
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
VeeGo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeeGo Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by email and by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of VeeGo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Connecticut.
