VeeGo ("we", "us", or "our") is a mobile application and website operated by VeeGo LLC, helping people find vegan restaurants, scan products, and discover plant-based options near them. Our website is veego.app.

We only collect information that helps us provide and improve VeeGo for you. Here's what we collect:

• Email address — when you join our waitlist or create an account
• Name — optional, if you choose to provide it
• Location data — only when you use the restaurant search feature, and only with your permission
• Usage data — how you interact with the app (pages visited, features used) to help us improve
• Device information — device type, operating system, browser for technical support
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; VeeGo never stores your card details

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Send you our launch announcement and product updates (only what you signed up for)
• Provide location-based restaurant and product recommendations
• Process your subscription payments securely through Stripe
• Improve and personalize your VeeGo experience
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Email Communications

By joining our waitlist you agree to receive emails from VeeGo including our launch announcement and occasional product updates. We use Mailchimp to manage our email list.

• Every email includes a clear unsubscribe link
• We will never send you spam or sell your email to anyone
• You can unsubscribe at any time with one click
• After unsubscribing your email will be removed from our active list within 10 business days

10. Children's Privacy

VeeGo is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13 we will delete it immediately. We may update this privacy policy from time to time as VeeGo grows and evolves. When we make significant changes we will notify you by email (if you are on our waitlist) and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
